Final suggestions for paper: S1* files #73

It would be nice if we could add S1* files into a zenodo file to go with the paper. I have created them with the command below because some files are missing.

save_hdfeos5.py timeseries_*.h5 --tc maskTempCoh.h5 --asc maskTempCoh.h5 -m  maskPS.h5 -g corrected_geometry/geometryRadar.h5 -t smallbaselineApp.cfg --suffix SM_PS
save_hdfeos5.py timeseries_*.h5 --tc maskTempCoh.h5 --asc maskTempCoh.h5 -m  maskTempCoh.h5  -g corrected_geometry/geometryRadar.h5 -t smallbaselineApp.cfg --suffix SM

We should use:

save_hdfeos5.py timeseries_demErr.h5 --tc temporalCoherence.h5 --asc avgSpatialCoh.h5 -m  ../maskPS.h5 -g inputs/geometryRadar.h5 -t smallbaselineApp.cfg --suffix PS 

And Solid Earth correction is not necessary. Actually, it looks weird.
