We were using ftp://gneiss.nbmg.unr.edu/rapids/llh for the gps stations. That seems to be down. Should we now use http://geodesy.unr.edu/NGLStationPages/DataHoldings.txt?
For the Midas, we are using http://geodesy.unr.edu/velocities/midas.IGS08.txt. Should we now use http://geodesy.unr.edu/velocities/midas.IGS14.txt?
I am not sure how to find out which gps time series we are using. We are using the links I put above, how do we determine the type of time series from the link above?
For the first two questions: yes.
For the plots, lets use the following: http://geodesy.unr.edu/tsplots/IGS14/IGS14/TimeSeries/P142.png http://geodesy.unr.edu/tsplots/IGS14/IGS14/TimeSeries/PUOC.png http://geodesy.unr.edu/tsplots/IGS14/IGS14/TimeSeries/M0SE.png
This is the IGS reference frame which we use in 95% of the times.

There are a few other plots for each stations. If there were a way to get them (e.g. a pull down menu) that would be good (label "Detrended"):
http://geodesy.unr.edu/tsplots/IGS14/IGS14/TimeSeries_flat/P142.png http://geodesy.unr.edu/tsplots/IGS14/IGS14/TimeSeries_flat/PUOC.png http://geodesy.unr.edu/tsplots/IGS14/IGS14/TimeSeries_flat/M0SE.png
In addition there are solutions depending on the tectonic plate a station is on. If that would be another option on the pull down menu, that would be great. But the options are different for each station depending on what plate they are on. So you would have to do a glob
to see the directories (plates):
http://geodesy.unr.edu/tsplots/IGS14/plates/NA/TimeSeries/P142.png http://geodesy.unr.edu/tsplots/IGS14/plates/PA/TimeSeries/PUOC.png http://geodesy.unr.edu/tsplots/IGS14/plates/EU/TimeSeries/M0SE.png
Done. I am opening a new issue for the pull downs to keep things organized.
I forgot whether I wrote you already, so I do it very brief.
There are different GPS time series available ('original', 'cleaned' ,'PA') which one are we using? We may want to have the option to display select. I would have to research what PA stands for.
