Import an article from a url. The url would point to one of the following:
"well known" website (Nature, Science, Elsevier, etc.)
PDF document
general web page.
For well know website the page would be parsed and DOI extracted
For PDF, processed as for local PDF
For general web page, look for DOI
If possible (not behind a paywall for example) the PDF is downloaded and stored locally. If unavailable a proxy PDF is created with a link to the paper.
