Documentation for Finite-Difference Scheme #485

This PR provides updated documentation for the finite-difference scheme, as well as an entry in CHANGELOG.md.
I also renamed the example input file to reflect the naming convection of the other j2011 input files.

Hold off on fully approving this. I think my documentation on dr_input is incorrect in that I think it needs to be specified in reverse now. I am going to put together another PR that allows a different way of specifying the grid spacing. Once we agree on that, then I'll come back up update the documentation here.

I'm withdrawing this PR. An update to FD implementation, along with documentation will be submitted as a new PR a bit later today.
