free surface displacement output #2303

It would be great to optionally output the solution in the reference frame instead of applying the MappingEulerian. Additionally, if we should output the displacement as a separate output variable.

With that you can use "warp by vector" in paraview and adjust the scaling to "enhance" the deformation or show reference and deformed solution. Finally, you can quantify/visualize the (mangitude of the) displacement (surface topography)...
