reaction term and mass conservation #291

We have the option of reactions between compositional fields, and in this process the density of the fields might change, which will be considered e.g. in the buoyancy term. Do we need an additional term in the mass conservation to take that into account?

Hm, good question. But do you create mass, or just change the density? (And does this distinction matter?)
