Are you adding a new file with 12k lines?

no, I am reformatting the existing bib file, which is 12000 lines, bc it contains 100s of unused references

ok, I am done for today. Many more doi's to be added but I won't get to it before days/weeks.

This is nice to have, but don't put this too high on your priority list. In the end, it makes it easier for people to find these papers, but it's not impossible without, and you've got other stuff to do too. I will gladly accept many incremental changes over a single 12000 line patch.
