recommend ASPECT vscode extension #5936

The new version of https://gitlab.com/vscode_extension/vscode-aspect#visual-studio-extension-for-aspect-parameter-script works quite well...

That is an addon written by Denis for deal.II and is better than no plugin for prm files (see https://github.com/davydden/language-dealii-prm), but I see no good reason to install it when using the ASPECT specific plugin, which has documentation, auto-completion, etc..
