It is time to retire some parts of the update scripts, because they interfere with some legitimate new names in ASPECT. This PR moves the two oldest pieces of the update scripts (the ones responsible for most of the update from pre 2.0 input and source files to version 2.0) into a folder called outdated where they are no longer called if someone executes the update scripts. I also ran them (and all other update scripts) one last time to make sure all files we have in ASPECT right now use the current names and are up-to-date. In a few places I had to manually change some stuff (itIMPES -> itAdandSt in some benchmarks).
This PR is mostly so that we can recommend using the update script to prepare files for ASPECT 3.0 without breaking files.
With the last changes the update scripts now apply cleanly to the whole repository, i.e. no warnings and no files are changed compared to their current state.
