Prem_Iso_onecrust Attenuation #57

Attenuation values from prem_iso copied to prem_iso_onecrust.

I think you need to split the upper mantle into two layers, because prem has a discontinuity in Q there, so this was missing in the prem_onecrust without attenuation.

I am also a bit confused about the values in the crust (independent of your changes): those seem to be in constrast to the comment line

lower crust extended to the surface

I would suggest to not change the crustal values, but correct the comment. @sstaehler ?

I added the extra layer from prem and changed the comment to 'upper crust extended to the mantle'.
