Adds new doi for v2.0 and reorganizes content to flow better #40

Updates the tag for the new version of the Software Development Best Practices to the DOI for v2.0.

Reorganizes the README file:

All material pertaining to the Software BP are now a sub bullets
Adds a logo
Removes reference to the .tex file. We are no longer emphasizing this approach. It was discussed that perhaps this should now be moved into the software template repository @gassmoeller

This also removes the link to the Best Practices Table. This is now out of date as it is v1.0. It was a useful 1-pager at one point for talks. This subsequently has gotten more complicated and longer!
