This PR makes some changes to the structure of the AnisotropicMineral class:

New helper functions to contract and expand stresses and strains to/from Voigt form
Addition of the reference state metric tensor to Psi.
exposing Psi_Voigt, dPthdf, Pth as attributes of the class
Making Voigt and Reuss scalar bulk modulus and compressibility functions.
