The widgets available through PyVista are simple and clutter the display window. We should evaluate leveraging a Python GUI framework for adding widgets for user interaction. The best approach seems to be pyvistaqt.

[ ] Add keyboard shortcut for xy view (down z axis)
[ ] Add example of using multiple modules for custom visualization
[ ] Select component in WarpGrid
[ ] Optionally show displacement vectors in WarpGrid (scaled to match exaggeration)
[ ] Optionally show slip and traction vectors (PlotFieldFault isa PlotField)
[ ] Customize colorbar range
