Virtual Quake is a boundary element code designed to investigate long term fault system behavior and interactions between faults through stress transfer.
Added off-diagonal greens function multiplier to the automatically generated test cases, should fix failing tests. Also added PyVQ event filter for whether an event caused any slip on a given section, along with two new plots.
