Add post cleanup to Jenkinsfile #197

Apparently, despite using ephemeral containers, Jenkins still likes to leave files behind. Got the fix from here: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/37468455/jenkins-pipeline-wipe-out-workspace

Hmm, when I created this PR, there were still files for #196 on the Jenkins server. After this ran, they disappeared and Jenkins only has files for this PR.

The reason I looked into this was because the Aspect builds were leaving way too many PR directories on the Jenkins server. It might be that this isn't necessary and there's something else going on with Aspect. It's a bit hard to tell, since this has only had two builds run on the new Jenkins.

I think I'm going to close this for now.
