Stress drops from file #83

Added boolean parameter "sim.friction.compute_stress_drops" Current implementation:

     Parameter is False (default):  Use mesher to combine EQSim geometry and friction files into
     a VQ fault model with stress drops (adds an extra column to the fault model file)

     Parameter is True: Stress drops are computed with Eric's unverified method

Currently running a simulation to compare the effect on the simulated EQs
