PrintServlet on port 8080 can break print examples #306

terrestris liberally provides a PrintServlet which is used in the print examples. Unfotunately the print examples will be broken in case you have firewall restrictions which block other ports than 80. This setup is not that rare as many companies have such firewall restrictions. @terrestris: Is it possible to map the PrintServlet to port 80? TIA!

Once #308 is resolved, someone needs to update the gh-pages branch. Anyone volunteering?

I can offer updating the gh-branch by tomorrow.

Thanks for mapping the PrintServlet to port 80, so even more people can discover the print-examples once this is all updated. And in general thanks that you are providing this PrintServlet and let us use it in GeoExt!
