Frontpage > JS loading bug #1188

This bug lingers, and not sure why it happens. If you scroll, the front page should auto load more events to the bottom. This works most of the time, but sometimes it loads without the right responsive css styling.

What is happening?
CSS not loading properly? Should it even need to load?
