ESP32 not starting #161

Hey guys, wondering if somebody can help? I have flashed my esp32 and it boots perfectly on the bench, however when I connect to the AC via the cn105 i get nothing but the red led. No wifi connection, no AP, nothing I have tried connecting via usb to read the logs but https://web.esphome.io/ just freezes and I am unble to read anything.

Has anyone seen this issue before?

SOLUTION: Just a quick follow up. I changed the ground pin on the board after buzzing it out with a multimeter and it fired right up.
