Add support for set_remote_temperature() #29

As requested in #17. This just exposes the underlying HeatPump method but also adds some examples of how to use it in ESPHome.

When using this mode, which temperature will be reported by ESPHome itself back to HA as part of its state update? From what I can tell, this continues to be the internal sensor?
