Make arm64 binaries available through homebrew #379

I discovered spruce through ChatGPT as a way to merge yamls.

I homebrew installed and noticed that I got an amd64 binary, which works as I have rosetta enabled, but for faster speeds it'd be nice to have native arm64 binaries available through homebrew.
