Localization for Brewblogger #10

Brewblogger seems like the perfect tool for small groups of home brewer who 
want to organize their recipes and log their batches. Unfortunately it seems 
that Brewblogger is only available in English. It would be really nice if there 
was some way to localize Brewblogger like it is possible in other web projects. 
So people could easily translate the whole software.
