Cannot logout of new install #11

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When clicking the logout button it should log out. It gives an error that reads:

You don't have permission to access /includes/logout.inc.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an 
ErrorDocument to handle the request.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.3.2
