Enhancement - Allow BOS to combine Beer, Mead & Cider #1088

We have been using BCOE&M for the past 3 years to run the Western Idaho Fair beer competitions. We have separate amateur & pro contests. Our BOS contests include all beer/cider/mead entries.

Currently Mead & Cider can be combined, but not Beer, Mead & Cider.

This year for the first time our #1 BOS was a cider & #2 was a beer. I'll hack up a way to make the results show properly this year, but would love to be able to combine Beer/Cider/Mead for BOS for both contests. Would simplify place-mats & pull sheets & awards display.

Our comp does this as well. Our BOS awards are for the whole comp, not separated by Beer, Mead, etc.
