Version 2.1.18 - No one can login to Brewcomp site #1095

Is your installation hosted on brewcompetition.com or brewcomp.com?: Brewcomp

Description of Issue: Error when logging in: admin and all users receiving error: "You must log in and have admin privileges to access administration functions." We have our competition on 10/19 and shipping closes tomorrow, we are having issues with our entrants being able to print labels and ship entries!

For enhancements, please prepend "Enhancement - " to the title. For issues/bugs, please prepend the BCOE&M version number the title.

@shappy118 - there was setting on the host server that was preventing initialization of sessions. That has been fixed now and your users should be able to log in. Apologies for the inconvenience.

I am not hosted but I am also having this issue with my BCOEM after upgrading to .18 musiccitybrewers.com/MCBO
