Enhancement: Add permitting information to bottle labels #1271

Description of Issue:

In some jurisdictions, there are things that are required to be printed on each entry for a homebrew competition--things like a permit number and date/address of competition. It would be great if you could define those in the interface (currently adding text manually to bottle label files).

If I were not so lazy, I would make a real fix and PR for this. But, for those like me who just need a place to have this information on the bottle labels, I've been using the $bottle_label_006 space. Replace the apropriate line in lang/en/en-US.lang.php:

$bottle_labels_006 = "PERMIT 000212<br />Happy Fun Center<br />123 Sesame St, Atlanta, GA 51910";
