Describe the Bug Not sure this is a big but seeing an issue and wanted to share it. Note: we had a mix of electronic and written/scanned scoresheets.

Unique identifier was set to entry #. Scoresheets were uploaded using 6 digit entry # (000001.pdf). Scoresheets were not aligning with entries. I regenerated the judging numbers to match the entry numbers and then they associated. However, I still see an error under Manage Entry Evaluations that says I have 163 entries without evaluations. I checked one entry of mine and it had both the electronic and the scanned scoresheets available. Tables where both judge hand wrote their scoresheets, they show as no evaluations even though they are available to view by entrants. We just completed our comp yesterday so this was just something we saw. Last year we had the Unique identifier set to judging number and had no issues but I don't think we had any electronic scoresheets.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Admin>Scoring>Manage Entry Evaluations'
  2. I see an error that says "The following entries have only one evaluation submitted:"
  3. It has a long list of beers. One of them happens to be one of the beers I entered. When I look at Entries under my Log In, I can see both the electronic scoresheet and the scanned scoresheet.
  4. I also look at Entry Evaluations and some tables show no evaluations since those are all scanned evaluations. I included screenshots that show that example and another that shows where the evaluations are available.

Expected Behavior Shouldn't get an error since they associated fine. Just not sure why it isn't showing that the evaluations are there.

Hi @tsedgar, thanks for posting your issue. Essentially, this simply boils down to semantics - Electronic Scoresheet (Entry Evaluations) vs. other types of scoresheets.

The Admin > Scoring > Manage Entry Evaluations screen will only show electronic entry evaluations that judges completed via their own Judging Dashboard. It was only conceived to show those scoresheets that were completed electronically - not those that are scanned in and uploaded.

When viewing scores (after importing judges' consensus scores from Electronic Scoresheet) via the Admin > Scoring > Manage Scores, if any entry has one or more Electronic Scoresheets and one or more properly named uploaded PDF scoresheets, both will be available in the Actions column, indicated by two "document" icons (view and print) and a "PDF" icon, like so:

The same will be available from the Admin > Entries and Participants > Manage Entries screen. Participants will also see the same on their My Account page when results are published.

I do see where you're confusion comes in, but if you keep in mind that the Admin > Scoring > Manage Entry Evaluations screen only reflects scoresheets completed by judges via the web-based interface, saved directly in the application, the warnings you see can be safely ignored.

Perfect. Love the software and this was the first year doing mixed scoring. Appreciate the feedback.
