Enhancement Request - Volunteer Link For Event Sign Up

Nice to have for Steward and Judge registration.  

This enhancement request is aimed at allowing competition coordinators manage 
volunteer sign up for events like lunches, dinners, volunteer only 
presentations (etc).

On the Site Preferences page an admin can add a link to something like a 
surveymonkey (eventbrite, etc) page.  The competition coordinator could use the 
page to record volunteer sign up for the event types listed above.

If a link was saved in the Site Preferences and participant has signed up to be 
a judge or steward, some hyperlink text will display on their My Entries and 
Info along with their Edit Registrant Info page.  When clicking on the 
hyperlink it will direct the steward or judge in a new window or tab to the 
surveymonkey page.

Our competitions are 700+ entries that are judged over a couple of days with 
volunteers that travel.  We have multiple meals, special dietary needs (vegan, 
lactose intolerant, etc) and presentations as a thank you to those that help 
out.  BCOE&M either providing the link functionality or containing the event 
coordination functionality would be a big help.  Thank you!
