Something like this would help a lot containing the filament within its own cart and stopping it going to the next cart when pushed back to the cartridge when endless spool triggers :) https://www.printables.com/model/853340-solid-buffer-screen-for-pika-buffer
Solid wall is 3 layers deep, so not a huge amount of extra material but enough to prevent the filament from going to the wrong places :)
When endless spool triggers, the leftover filament is pushed back into the pika buffer. However as it isn’t coiled any more it lumps together in a random manner, with the edge of the filament sometimes poking through a neighbouring spool.
This can cause a tangle when the next roll is unloaded and reloaded.
I think a solution to this would be to make the back walls a couple of layers solid. This would stop the filament from intruding the next, neighbouring buffer.
