My animation effect didn't work #2

I installed the plug-in, but it didn't work as expected. No matter what mode I choose, there is no animation effect. What is the situation? I am using the latest version of win10 Chinese system.

Open the command line and run the command Living Graph: Living Graph - Toggle. This should be noted in the README.md to avoid confusion.
