Get Coverage Working Again #48

Rake 'coverage' is broken. Why? Fix it, check coverage, file issues to fix any serious coverage gaps.

Using simplecov now. Looks fine. Coverage on category is a little weaker than the rest, but not so weak that I think it's crucial it go into this release.
