Figure out why the guide-enricher service does not setup listener with FTR #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. build GuideEnricherService.exe

2. Install the service: 
C:\windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\InstallUtil.exe 
GuideEnricherService.exe

3. Now you should be able to start the service.. it basically starts and stops 
immediately... assuming it's not connecting with FTR.... I see that no 
listeners get added to ftr database.

Can you look into why this is not working?
