Should be able to add shows to "enrich" that are not scheduled to be recorded. #10

Specify a series name that is always "enriched" no matter what channel or time.

Might have to cap the number of these allowed to prevent hammering thetvdb.com. 
 We'll see.

This will probably not work... it will end up taking way too long to enrich 
this much data... by accident, I had the GuideEnricher updating all shows on 
all channels for any title matching a schedule... it was 2 hours plus to update 
and it often would fail.

I'll keep this open for the time-being... but lower the priority.
