for xp Dot net 4 is required but not mentioned durning install or in documention

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. service would not start until after I installed dot net 4.0 or higher

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Let the the user know it is a pre rec in the documentation or in the  installer

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

great app exactly what I was looking for to get my FTR recored files to display 
nicely with JAMJ and my popcorn hour.  thanks

We can close thise issue as the code will safely run on .NET 3.5
The only features used for 4.0 was C# optional parameters.
After some refactoring the optional parameters were not needed.
