Umlauts (äöü) bugs #12

There are some bugs with Umlauts like ä ü ö.
If some of these chars are in the .config the XmlReader throws an exception at 
startup.
If there are episodes with Umlauts, they will not matched.

Make sure to save the file using a more sophisticated tool than notepad
