Add settings screen #4

From here, users should be able to quickly clear out all favorites, and clear their roll history

Removing - favorites have been removed and roll history needs to be permanent to counter cheating. Without these two things, there is no point to a settings screen.

Reopening - if I add back in Favorites this needs to come back as well. Also roll history cheating will be dependent on the DM/GM of the appropriate game to enforce, this app just tries to help out. A recently cleared history should be enough of a red flag.
