Adding Matrix E2EE support #33

I've been to close to getting this to work, but it it's not quite there yet. If anyone has any experience with Matrix (particularly matrix-nio), feel free to submit a PR!

Thank you very much for the work on this relay! I've been struggling to get this to work until I noticed, there is no E2EE support (yet). Since I created an unencrypted matrix room and used that room-id it worked instantly. Maybe you could add a note about this in the README.md? :)

I'm sorry to hear you were having trouble with that. I've added a note to let users know that the relay doesn't currently support E2EE rooms.
