investigate overfitting #14

why is the model not overfitting? Does the drop out param (at 50%) prevent overfitting. What if this param is 45% or 5% or 1%?

Try this with the original deep consensus network

@geoffwoollard I changed the dropout parameter 5,10,25,75% Please take a look at the results
