Add Working join button #126

These changes will allow the user to join a group in the feed. The number of participants in the group will be updated in real time. Each feed card will also have more space, such that the course name is entirely displayed.

In fb-calendarFB I modified the layout of the groupsActivity so that now the sort button is always displayed. That solved the error found in the build in Travis for me.
