Refine bad-pixmap: improvement needed for manually adding bad pixels #328

The bad-pixmap dialog allows you to manually add bad pixels, adding the pixel
at the current star position.

The problem is that the current star position may not be right on top of the
bad pixel since the star finder code uses a center-of-mass calculation to
locate the centroid, and this may not coincide with the hot pixel.

It would be better to have the star finder operate differently for finding hot
pixels, like selecting the peak value in the search region rather then the
center of mass.
