PHD2 doesn't handle many SX cameras well #392

> Some feedback on my strange problem with attaching cameras in PHD2 – this 
was caused by having more than two cameras on the system. I was imaging with an 
SX814 and also had a 694, Superstar and Lodestar plugged into the computer. 
When I tried to connect to the Lodestar, it showed the other cameras with 
strange names, two of which were the same, and jammed up if I tried to start 
the link. The problem might be caused by the rather obscure naming of the other 
cameras – can we change the SX list so that each camera comes up with a valid 
name?
