Hard coded message on Help page #395

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Advanced settings ('Brain' button) and go to 'Mount' tab.
2. There is checkbox with 'Fast switch for large deflections' label.
3. There is no such message in message.po file - it seems that the text was 
hardcoded

This message should be in message.po file.

actually, it was just that the templates (*.po) had not been updated.  I just 
committed the updated po files
