- update docs for doing lat/lon api calls
- increase max tree depth
- notes on developing (packages: anaconda-client, conda-build, twine, sphinx, sphinx-rtd-theme, procedure: conda build . & anaconda upload, python setup.py sdist and twine upload, checking the tar locally, Manifest/setup.py/meta.tml/build.sh/build.bat)
