Expand node differ test coverage #11

This one will probably never be done but as a first pass, let's aim for:

Every node type covered by at least 2 node differ tests: one of insert/delete type and one change type.
1 node differ test case for content moves
2 test cases for nested nodes -- e.g., text -> link within a template; parameter change to a cite template within a ref tag.
1 Category edit with a non-English category prefix
1 Media edit with a non-English media prefix

We'll focus on the node differ for now because it invokes the tree differ so should hopefully help catch issues there too.
