Maybe other search engines are doing their search great but not showing it on first page. What about an exclusion-based refining system that filters out crappy news websites and other shitposts from those search engines results. I mean, to approach the problem the other way around.

This would be my plan for bootstrapping, yea. Removing or tagging "spam" content.
