Added Pascal implementation #78

Added Pascal (fpc) implementation, updated run.sh and main.yaml. The original mergesort for Pascal code was kindly offered to me by MarshalX (https://gist.github.com/MarshalX/f4b9b3b59121a2c1d074f696fefa2422).
