Can one open this for an existing character? #13

Relates to #26 Reasons why one might wish to...

  1. Could it become a level up tool too? [Covered by #26]
  2. What if you create the character but forget to complete the advancements and you close the Actor Studio?

The thing with point 2 above is that it conflicts in a way with point 1. The idea with level up is that it's only an option if you have sufficient XP. But if you've created an unfinished character and want to re-open AS for that character, then the level up button wouldn't suffice. So then what? Two buttons? Doesn't really make sense. However, a similar question applies – what if you start a level up and close AS before finishing? Not sure what we can do about this.
