Add Point-Buy calculator #31

  1. [x] Add Point Buy Total game setting
  2. [x] Add new component for the point-buy form
  3. [x] Add select game setting checkboxes to enable the various Attribute buying options
  4. [x] Add select on Abilities tab if more than one option is available

Point Buy Calc component

  1. [x] Instead of input fields, offer left click / right click to increment / decrement
  2. [x] Also offer up and down chevrons or + / - buttons.
  3. [x] Show point total
