Clean up code

1. We have called for folders in a number of places where it isn't strictly-speaking necessary – this due to a misapprehension that the folders mattered and that parts relating to certain items had to be loaded from folders. The truth is the folders are sugar and any listings of features outside of the main items (e.g. class features for classes) are superfluous because the class entity itself contains everything it needs. The features are just broken out in the compendium for visual reference purposes.
2. Remove any unused code / libraries
3. Tidy up the build – lots of lint warnings
