Given OSGeo concept https://osgeo.geolexica.org/concepts/12/ which has two designations: American Standard Code for Information Interchange and ASCII
When I type into search box "ameri stan infor"
Then I should see that concept (and this one works)
And when I type into search box "ascii"
Then I should see that concept too (and this one doesn't work)
The problem is that for concepts which have more than one designation, only the first one is included in the search index. We need to fix that.
